At the end of 2018, 7,120 qualifying patients and 449 designated caregivers were participating in the program, and currently there are approximately 8,000 registered patients. SB388 enabled the establishment of an additional therapeutic cannabis dispensary in Region 3 (representing Cheshire and Sullivan counties) and in Region 4 (representing Carroll, Coos and Grafton counties). In 2018, the NH Legislature approved SB388 in order to make access and travel to an ATC easier for participants in the State’s Therapeutic Cannabis Program (TCP). Sanctuary expects the Conway dispensary will open to qualifying patients and designated caregivers on Saturday, July 6, 2019.
